Experienced Administrator – Full Time Position Available

Glenfield Engineering Co Ltd are seeking applications for an experienced Administrator. Full Time position with immediate start.
 
The Role
Reporting directly to the financial controller, you will be responsible for
• Processing weekly payroll & reports
• Processing of Purchase Invoices.
• Processing of Sales Invoices
• Experience in ROS – Assist with VAT returns & RCT Returns
• Assisting with other daily office duties as they arise.
The candidate
• Must be proficient in Payroll. Inputting Timesheets. Experience in Micropay professional an advantage
• Excellent Attention to detail
• Good problem solving capabilities.
• Ability to multitask.
• Good communication & inter-personal skills with enthusiastic outgoing attitude.
• Minimum of 2 years previous accounts experience within industry an advantage.
